Flexible Bayesian methods for zero-inflated microbiome data to understand microbial community dynamics and function
Matt Koslovsky (PI) received an NIH R35 Maximizing Investigators’ Research Award (MIRA) for Early Stage Investigators. This award provides sustained and flexible support for my lab over the next 5 years to develop Bayesian methods for microbiome data with the goal of better understanding microbial community dynamics and function.
